		<description>I found an error in my setup a few days ago.  I had a wap54g box with the same IP as the 4400N.  I am sure this did not help the gigabit switch.</description>

		<description>I got it to work but it involved changing the setting of the 802.11b to maximum.   the old bad side is it is a hit and miss.  Yes, the network keeps disconnecting.</description>
